Michelle Armenta Dies in Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Oracle and Wetmore in Tucson

Tucson, AZ (June 13, 2022) – Saturday night, 51-year-old Michelle A. Armenta died in a crash on Oracle and Wetmore.

The fatal crash happened at around 10:55 p.m. on June 11.

Tucson Police said Armenta was hit by a black 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage. Armenta died from her injuries.

Witnesses said the victim was pushing a shopping cart in the roadway when the Mitsubishi hit her.

The driver stopped and cooperated with the investigation.

No other information is immediately available.
