1 Person Hurt in Odessa Motorcycle Accident on 42nd Street and JBS Parkway
ODESSA, TX (November 1, 2024) – Sunday night, Michael Johnson sustained injuries in a crippling motorcycle crash on 42nd Street.
The incident happened at around 7:19 p.m. on 42nd Street and JBS Parkway.
According to the Odessa Police Department, an eastbound white 2005 Chevrolet Silverado failed to yield the right of way after turning north and collided with a westbound 2007 Harley Davidson.
Moreover, responders transported the motorcyclist, identified as Johnson, to Medical Center Hospital, and was later airlifted to Lubbock with serious injuries.
Furthermore, officers identified the driver of the Chevrolet as Julio Martinez.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the OPD continued to investigate the crash.
