Michael Flores Killed in Horrific Pedestrian Crash on Bob Bullock Loop [Laredo, TX]

1 Dead in Laredo Pedestrian Accident on Bob Bullock Loop and Bucky Houdmann Boulevard

LAREDO, TX (October 30, 2024) – Friday night, Michael Flores died in a horrific pedestrian crash on Bob Bullock Loop.

The incident occurred on Bob Bullock Loop and Bucky Houdmann Boulevard, near Black Bear Diner.

An investigation found that 28-year-old Flores and his brother were crossing Loop 20 on foot near the Black Bear Diner when a westbound silver 2015 BMW 328i struck Flores. The driver stayed at the scene, called 911, and showed no signs of intoxication, according to police.

Flores was transported to Doctors Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. His brother was uninjured. The LPD Crash Team is now handling the case.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
