One Injured after SUV and Sedan Collide on 215 Freeway in Menifee
MENIFEE, CA (March 16, 2019) – A woman was injured following a two-car crash early Saturday morning in Menifee.
The crash happened around 1:18 a.m. on northbound 215 Freeway at Newport Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray 2015 Dodge Journey and a black Ford Focus collided for unknown reasons.
When officers arrived, they located both cars in the center divider, partially blocking the first lane. In addition, a female occupant sustained injuries after hitting her head during the accident.
An ambulance unit was dispatched to the scene and took the injured patient to a hospital.
Investigators assigned on this case continue to gather more evidences to determine the factors involved and liability.
