1 Hospitalized in Santa Monica Bicycle Accident on Chelsea Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard
SANTA MONICA, CA (February 16, 2022) – Sunday morning, authorities arrested Maximiliano Ramos Santiago following a hit-and-run crash on Chelsea Avenue.
According to the Santa Monica Police Department, the incident happened at around 2:00 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on Chelsea Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard.
Reports revealed that a black Chevrolet sedan struck a 16-year-old girl riding her bicycle. Then, the sedan driver fled the scene.
