BAKERSFIELD, CA (July 2, 2023) – Friday night, a massive 7-vehicle crash on Highway 58 and California City Boulevard killed 1 person.

The incident occurred at about 6:00 p.m. on westbound Highway 58, just east of California City Boulevard near North Edwards.

According to reports, a semi-truck crashed with six vehicles.

As a result, one person succumbed to injuries.

Then, just before 6:20 p.m., the traffic was stalled for several miles.
