According to WSP, the vehicle collision happened at around 7:18 a.m. near northbound State Route 3 in Mason County.

Reports say that a 24-year-old New Mexico man failed to yield to a vehicle driven by a 27-year-old Shelton man.

Paramedics say that both drivers did not sustain injuries. However, a passenger suffered injuries and rescuers transported him to Mason General Hospital in Shelton.
