Motorcyclist Dead after Multi-Vehicle Crash on 29th Avenue in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (July 16, 2023) – Saturday evening, 31-year-old Marvin Nixon died in a crash on 29th Avenue and Indian School Road. 

The fatal multi-vehicle crash on 29th Avenue happened on July 15.

Phoenix Police responded to reports of a crash near 29th Avenue and Indian School Road. When officers showed up, they found Nixon with serious injuries. 

EMS took him to a nearby hospital but later died from his injuries. The two other vehicles involved in the crash stayed at the scene.

Investigators found that Marvin Nixon was traveling west on Indian School Road when he collided with a car turning north from 29th Avenue. Debris from the crash struck another vehicle. 

Speed is believed to have been a factor in the Arizona accident.

Even so, further investigation into this Phoenix crash is ongoing.
