Brenda Flores Victim of Fresno Hit-and-Run Accident, GoFundMe Kickstarted
Fresno, CA ( June 13, 2021) – On June 11, a female pedestrian named Martina Brenda Flores died following a hit-and-run crash on South Elm Avenue and East Grove Avenue.
According to the Fresno Police Department, at about 3 p.m. witnesses say that a woman was on the ground and a white car fleeing the scene.
Furthermore, police are conducting a felony hit-and-run investigation.
Meanwhile, paramedics took the woman to Community Regional Medical Center, in serious condition.
Ultimately, Fresno PD is asking additional witnesses to come forward and help solve the case.
Later reports revealed the victim, now identified as Martina Brenda Flores, did not survive the injuries she sustained in the hit and run.
Moreover, a GoFundMe has been kickstarted in order to raise funds to send her body back to Mexico for burial.
Ms. Flores was a field worker, sending money to her parents and two children in Mexico.
