Martin Scott of College Place Killed in Wallula Road Collision [Walla Walla County, WA]

Walla Walla County, WA (December 2, 2022) – At about 8 a.m. today, Martin Scott, 73, of College Place, died, while Marco Estrada, 30, of Walla Walla, sustained injuries following a Wallula Road vehicle crash.

Deputies of the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection with Evans Road.

According to the authorities, a Chevrolet SUV driven by Marco Estrada was eastbound on Wallula Road at an excessive speed. As a result, the vehicle collided with the Toyota Prius driven by Martin Scott.

Unfortunately, Scott succumbed to his crash injuries at the scene. 

On the other hand, the paramedics rushed Estrada to Providence St. Mary’s Medical Center with injuries.

In the meantime, the authorities have not stated if there will be any charges. The WSP is still investigating the Evans Road fatal collision.
