Lubbock, TX (September 25, 2023) On Saturday evening, a person was seriously hurt in the Marsha Sharp Freeway auto-pedestrian crash.

According to the Lubbock PD, the pedestrian accident happened around 10:12 p.m. at MSF and University Avenue.

Reports say that a person was seriously injured in a collision, medics transported the patient to UMC.

The collision closed University Avenue from Mac Davis Drive to Marsha Sharp Freeway.

Police are investigating the pedestrian accident and have not released further details at this time.
