Marrisa Walker and Kyla Sartin Injured in Highway 108 DUI Crash [Confidence, CA]

Confidence, CA (October 22, 2022) – On Thursday evening, 20-year-old Kyla Sartin of Riverbank and 21-year-old Marrisa Walker of Modesto, sustained injuries following a Highway 108 DUI crash.

31-year-old Kellye Asseng of Modesto was eastbound near Confidence Road when her 2004 Chrysler went off the highway edge and overturned.

As a result, Asseng and her passenger, Kyla Sartin, incurred minor injuries. Another passenger, Marrisa Walker, was seriously injured in her hand and was airlifted to Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.

Moreover, the CHP says Asseng exhibited signs of being under the influence of alcohol. They arrested her for felony DUI causing injuries.
