1 Person Hurt in Johnson County Bicycle Accident on Route OO near Northwest 111
JOHNSON COUNTY, MO (September 9, 2024) – Saturday morning, Markus Morgan sustained injuries in a crippling vehicle crash on Route OO near Northwest 111.
The incident happened on Route OO, east of Northwest 111.
According to reports, an eastbound vehicle struck a bicyclist for still unknown reasons.
Moreover, responders transported the bicyclist, identified as 55-year-old Morgan, to Centerpoint Medical Center with serious injuries.
Furthermore, officers identified the driver of the vehicle as 80-year-old Larry G. Matthews of Warrensburg.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
