Markevin Sagastume Arrested in DWI Crash on Royal Lane [Dallas, TX] 

Dallas, TX (August 12, 2023) – On Thursday evening, Dallas police arrested 25-year-old Markevin Sagastume after a DWI crash on Royal Lane that sent 5 people to the hospital.
