84-Year-Old Marjean Ione Bloom Dies after Two-Vehicle Crash on North Flowing Wells Road in Tucson 

Tucson, AZ (August 3, 2022) – On Tuesday, 84-year-old Marjean Ione Bloom died in a two-vehicle crash on North Flowing Wells Road and West Prince Road.

The fatal crash in Tucson happened at around 7:15 a.m. on July 22 at the intersection of North Flowing Wells Road and West Prince Road.

Reportedly, the crash involved a gray 2005 Chevrolet Malibu and a white 2021 Toyota Corolla.

Tucson Police said the driver of the Malibu was trying to make a left turn from southbound Flowing Wells Road onto eastbound Prince Road during a yellow light.

Then the Corolla was traveling northbound on Flowing Wells Road and crashed into the Malibu.

As a result, EMS took both the driver and passenger in Malibu to the hospital.

On Tuesday, the passenger died identified as Marjean Ione Bloom.

The Traffic Investigations Unit is now reviewing the case.
