Woman in Wheelchair Fatally Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver on North Arrowhead Avenue
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (February 5, 2020) – A woman in a wheelchair was killed in a hit-and-run crash Wednesday afternoon in San Bernardino.
The crash happened around 3:23 p.m. on North Arrowhead Avenue, just north of West Baseline Street.
Police said a vehicle was traveling west on Baseline Street. It then turned north onto Arrowhead Avenue and hit the victim. The vehicle did not stop after the crash.
Paramedics immediately responded and pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
The coroner’s officer later identified the victim as Marilyn Mc Killian, 64, of San Bernardino.
Police are still investigating the incident and on the lookout for the suspect vehicle and driver.
