Marc Schliesmayer Jr. Hurt After Pickup Truck Collides with SUV in Chico

 
CHICO, CA (September 04, 2019) – A 30-year-old driver suffered injuries in a rollover crash on Highway 99 at Entler Avenue on Monday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, Marc Schliesmayer Jr. of Chico was driving a pickup truck northbound. He was going too fast as per the officers when he tried to brake. As a result, the truck swerved into an SUV then rolled down the hill to the right of the highway.
 
Schliesmayer sustained minor injuries. On the other hand, the SUV occupants have no injuries.
 
The CHP said the cause of the accident is due to speed.
