Manuel Ramirez Dies in Highway 90 Collision [San Antonio, TX]

Officers Investigate San Antonio Fatal Crash

San Antonio, TX (July 14, 2023) – At about 10:30 p.m. on July 12, Manuel Ramirez, 35, was killed in a Highway 90 collision.

The traffic accident happened in the eastbound lanes of the freeway just past Loop 410.

According to the authorities, a man was walking on the freeway when he was struck by a white van driven by a man with a female passenger inside.

The victim went through a fence over the median onto the westbound lanes and was declared dead at the scene.

SAPD officers said they believe the victim may be homeless. The victim has been identified as Manuel Antonio Ramirez, 35.

The driver did stop to render aid and the authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
