San Bernardino, CA (August 25, 2022) – On August 17, Manuel Madrigal Enriquez Sr, an 80-year-old driver from from San Bernardino died in a traffic collision on West 5th Street.

It was about 1:54 p.m. when the traffic collision happened on August 12 at the intersection with North L Street.

Officers rushed to the crash scene and transported Manuel Madrigal Enriquez Sr, to Loma Linda University Medical Center.

However, Manuel Madrigal Enriquez Sr, succumbed to his injuries on August 17 at 8:36 p.m. in the Intensive Care Unit.

Moreover, officers say the victim, was driving his Tahoe when the crash happened.

The investigation into the cause of the San Bernardino collision is ongoing.
