2 Dead in San Diego Pedestrian Accident on North Harbor Drive and Nimitz Boulevard
SAN DIEGO, CA (January 20, 2022) – Wednesday night, a man and a woman died in a pedestrian crash on North Harbor Drive and Nimitz Boulevard.
The incident occurred at about 6:05 p.m. on North Harbor Drive, west of Nimitz Boulevard.
According to some witnesses, a man in his late 30s or early 40s headed west on North Harbor Drive. As he traveled at high speeds, he hit the man and woman walking across a street.
Both victims succumbed to their injuries at the scene. At this time, their identity remains undisclosed. However, the officers described them as a man and woman who were both between 55 and 65 years old.
Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene.
