Man Sustains Broken Leg in Wenatchee Avenue Accident [Wenatchee, WA]

Pedestrian Hospitalized in Benton Street Pedestrian Accident

Wenatchee, WA (November 11, 2023) – A male pedestrian was injured following a Wenatchee Avenue accident Thursday evening.

The traffic accident unfolded at the intersection with Benton Street. 

Wenatchee Police officers said the pedestrian sustained a head wound and a broken leg and was transported to Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee. 

Moreover, a witness said the man was hit by the vehicle while crossing the street on a green light.

Officers are investigating if DUI was a factor in the accident.
