Man Seriously Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Rosecrans Street [San Diego, CA]

San Diego, CA (January 14, 2022) – On Thursday, a 50-year-old man sustained injuries in a pedestrian accident on Rosecrans Street.

The accident happened about 7:40 near Sports Arena Boulevard.

A driver of a northbound 2002 Ford F-150 passed through a green light at Sports Arena Boulevard when he struck the victim.

As a result, the victim sustained multiple fractures to his upper and lower body. Luckily, the injuries were not expected to be life-threatening. 

The emergency rescuers rushed him to a hospital for treatment.
