Man Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 60 at Priest Drive
PHOENIX, AZ (August 22, 2019) – A man in his 20s suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 60 at Priest Drive, early Thursday evening.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the incident happened in the westbound lanes of the freeway, at about 5:00 PM. A vehicle went left to right across the freeway before striking a wall. Then, a second vehicle got involved due to unknown reasons.
Emergency responders rushed the victim to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, it is unknown whether or not other injuries were sustained in the crash.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the collision. Investigators will release additional information once it becomes available.
