EL PASO, TX (March 30, 2023) – Sunday night, a man was lifeless following a fatal 2-vehicle crash on Socorro Road near South Nevarez Road.

The incident happened at around 6:58 p.m. on Socorro Road near the intersection of South Nevarez Road and Winn Road.

According to reports, a white-colored BMW 330 struck a silver-colored Mitsubishi Mirage for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the 54-year-old male driver of the Mirage and his 28-year-old passenger to a hospital. However, the driver was pronounced dead. Also, paramedics transported the 29-year-old male driver of the BMW to a hospital with unknown injuries.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
