PASADENA, CA (August 24, 2020) – Sunday afternoon, a man died, and a woman and three children sustained injuries in a crash on the 134 Freeway.
 
According to reports, the single-vehicle crash occurred at around 2:10 p.m. on the westbound 134 Freeway near San Rafael Avenue.
 
California Highway Patrol Officer Elizabeth Kravig added that the crash involved a Mercedes-Benz SUV that has overturned on the Ventura(134) Freeway.
 
The surrounding area on 134 Freeway was closed off for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary investigation. However, the roadway has since reopened to traffic.
 
The crash remains under active investigation.
