Man Killed in State Route 101 Hit-and-Run Crash [Seattle, WA]

Seattle, WA (July 13, 2024) – A man was killed in a State Route 101 hit-and-run crash Friday evening.

It was about 7 p.m. on July 12 when the male pedestrian was hit by a red Honda on the right shoulder of the highway north of State Route 8.

The Honda stopped on the right shoulder but later fled the scene.

WSP officers said that the driver was under the influence during the collision. There are pending charges of vehicular homicide, DUI, and felony hit and run.
