OXNARD, CA (July 12, 2021) – Saturday night, a pedestrian crash on Victoria Avenue and Hemlock Street left a man dead.

According to the Oxnard Police Department, the incident happened at around 11:58 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Victoria Avenue and Hemlock Street.
