COARSEGOLD, CA (January 15, 2020) – A man died in a pedestrian accident involving a sedan on Highway 41 on January 13.
 
The CHP revealed that the man in his 50s got hit as he walked along Highway 41 near Road 207 south of Coarsegold about 6:00 p.m. The man died after the southbound sedan struck him.
 
The driver of the sedan stayed at the scene. Meanwhile, the investigators are still confirming whether the victim had car trouble and searched for help.
