Laguna Niguel Man Dies in Motorcycle Crash near Lake Elsinore

 
Laguna Niguel, CA (August 31, 2020) – Sunday morning, a Niguel Laguna man died in a motorcycle crash near Lake Elsinore.
 
The incident happened on Sunday, August 30.
 
California Highway Patrol says the motorcyclist was driving his 2005 Buell motorcycle at speeds of 50-55 mph when he collided with a 2016 Nissan Frontier.
 
The Nissan driver, traveling at speeds of 35 mph, attempted to avoid the motorcyclist and swerved onto the shoulder.
 
As a result, the motorcyclist was ejected and died at the scene. Meanwhile, the Nissan driver, a 36-year-old from Corona, suffered minor injuries. No arrest was made.
 
Police continue to investigate the cause of the accident. Updates will be soon available.
