Sorento Valley, CA (June 12, 2021) – Early Saturday morning, a man in his 20s died after being struck in the Mira Mesa Boulevard crash.
 
The Sorrento Valley fatal crash happened on June 12.
 
According to San Diego Police, the man was pushing a shopping cart east along the 6600 blocks of Mira Mesa Boulevard just after midnight when he was hit by the driver of a red Honda Civic.
 
Reportedly, the victim sustained serious injuries and was later pronounced dead.
 
Police have yet to release the identity of the victim.
