Man Dead After Auto-Pedestrian Crash on 32nd Street in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (February 28, 2024) – On Tuesday night, a man died in a crash on 32nd Street and Windsor Avenue.

Reportedly, shortly before 10 p.m., emergency crews were called to the area of 32nd Street and Windsor Avenue, south of Thomas Road, after a driver hit a man. 

The victim died at the scene. 

Police believe the man was walking across the road when he was hit by the driver heading south on 32nd, then struck again by a different car going the same direction.

Both drivers stayed on scene, and police say neither driver showed signs of impairment. 

The man’s identity has not been released.

Further investigation is ongoing.
