Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Highway 113 in Woodland
WOODLAND, CA (October 25, 2019) – A man was killed in a pedestrian crash Friday evening in Woodland, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 9:06 p.m. on northbound Highway 113, just north of County Road 25A.
CHP officials said a male pedestrian was standing in one of the highway lanes when a car swerved off the roadway and struck him.
As a result, the man suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. The identity of the victim was not immediately available pending notification of his family members.
