Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Bear Valley Road near 11th Avenue

 
HESPERIA, CA (July 20, 2019) – A man died in a motorcycle crash on Bear Valley Road, early Saturday morning. Authorities withheld the identity of the victim, pending notification of next of kin.
 
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the incident happened at about 4:55 AM. Due to unknown reasons, a blue or purple motorcycle crashed near 11th Avenue along the shoulder of the eastbound lanes.
 
Emergency responders pronounced the rider deceased at the scene. Meanwhile, it remains unknown whether or not there was another vehicle involved in the collision.
 
The sheriff’s Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) continues to investigate the fatal crash. Authorities encourage witnesses to cooperate as soon as possible. Additional information will be released to the public once it becomes available.
