1 Dead in Lincoln County Auto Accident on Missouri 79 and Route C
LINCOLN COUNTY, MO (December 2, 2024) – Saturday morning, a man died in a devastating 2-car crash on Missouri 79 and Route C.
Reports said that the incident happened at about 10:15 a.m. on Missouri 79, north of C.
A 2006 Pontiac G6 traveling north crossed the center line into the path of a southbound 2024 Hyundai Venue, resulting in a head-on collision.
The 75-year-old driver of the Hyundai was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
Due to the limited information available, the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop is investigating the incident.
