ST LOUIS COUNTY, MO (August 8, 2024) – Tuesday afternoon, a man died in a brutal head-on crash on Clarkson Road near Kettington Road.

The crash occurred at about 3:00 p.m. on Clarkson Road near Kettington Road.

Chesterfield Police Sgt. Robert Powell reported that a 26-year-old man traveling south on Clarkson Road crossed into the northbound lanes, colliding with a pickup truck. The man died at the scene.

The pickup truck driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Clarkson Road was shut down for several hours due to the accident reconstruction investigation.
