Man Killed in High-Speed Crash on Rucker Avenue [Everett, CA]

1 Dead in Everett Auto Accident on Rucker Avenue

 
EVERETT, CA (September 23, 2021) – Tuesday morning, a man died in a high-speed crash on Rucker Avenue.
 
The crash happened when a white Nissan Frontier traveled south in the 4100 block of Rucker Avenue. At about 7:20 p.m., he turned left. Meanwhile, a green Nissan Pathfinder driving north at a high speed crashed into the Frontier.
 
After providing aid to the victim, responders declared him dead at the scene.
 
At this time, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office hasn’t disclosed the victim’s identity. However, the authorities believed that he was in his 40s.
 
Meanwhile, the 35-year-old Pathfinder driver from Bothell suffered no serious injuries. The authorities arrested him for suspicion of driving under the influence. Then, they took him to Providence Regional Medical Center.
 
The crash led to the closure of the northbound lanes of Rucker Avenue for about four hours.
