1 Dead in Bakersfield Pedestrian Accident on White Lane and Hughes Lane
BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 18, 2022) – Saturday night, a man died in a pedestrian crash on White Lane and Hughes Lane.
The incident occurred at 9:30 p.m. on White Lane and Hughes Lane.
When the officers arrived, they found a man on the road with major injuries. Thus, responders took him to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Also, the man failed to use a crosswalk at the time of the crash.
After the crash, the driver of the car remained at the scene and has been cooperative with the investigation.
Furthermore, the authorities ruled out drugs or alcohol as factors in the crash.
