1 Dead in Long Beach Pedestrian Accident on Studebaker Road and Spring Street
LONG BEACH, CA (October 13, 2022) – Tuesday night, a man died in a pedestrian crash on Studebaker Road and Spring Street.
The incident happened at around 11:55 p.m. on Studebaker Road and Spring Street.
When the authorities arrived, they declared the man dead at the scene.
“The preliminary investigation revealed the pedestrian was laying in the roadway, outside of a marked crosswalk, when he was struck by a 2007 Honda Civic that was being driven by an adult resident of Long Beach,” police revealed.
“The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation,” police added. “At this time, neither speed nor distracted or impaired driving are believed to be contributing factors in the collision.”
