MERCED, CA (February 27, 2022) – Saturday night, a man died in a pedestrian crash on R Street and Donna Drive.
 
The incident occurred at about 7:40 p.m. on R Street and Donna Drive.
 
According to reports, a car struck and killed a male pedestrian.
 
When the authorities came, they located the man hit by the vehicle with major injuries. However, they later declared him dead at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, the driver stopped and has been cooperative with officers during the investigation.
