LOS ANGELES, CA (March 21, 2022) – Saturday night, a 40-year-old man died in a motorized scooter crash on Imperial Highway and Grandee Avenue.
 
The crash occurred at around 10:50 p.m. on Imperial Highway and Grandee Avenue. According to reports, a 19-year-old drove a vehicle east on Imperial Highway. As he turned left onto Grandee Avenue, his vehicle hit the scooter rider.
 
The impact left the 40-year-old man with fatal injuries. Medical responders transported the victim to a hospital. However, he later succumbed to his injuries.
 
Meanwhile, the 19-year-old driver stated at the scene and has been cooperative with the police.
 
Furthermore, the authorities haven’t clarified whether they cited or arrested the vehicle driver.
 
Paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries, she said.
