1 Dead in Bakersfield Accident on Hosking Avenue

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (August 20, 2020) – Wednesday morning, a man died in a crash on Hosking Avenue in South Bakersfield.
 
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, officers came to the two-vehicle crash at about 5:00 a.m. The incident took place on Hosking Avenue and Monitor Street.
 
The authorities revealed that they transported an adult male driver to a local area hospital. Unfortunately, he was later declared dead at the scene. Furthermore, the second vehicle driver stayed at the scene and helped with the investigation.
 
The 25th fatal crash in Bakersfield remains under active investigation. Moreover, the authorities urge anyone with information to call the BPD at (661) 327-7111.
