PHOENIX, AZ (February 9, 2023) – Wednesday afternoon, a man died in a three-car crash on 23rd Avenue and Northern Avenue.
 
The incident happened at about 1:00 p.m. on 23rd Avenue and Northern Avenue.
 
According to reports, a woman crashed into two other cars. Then, one of the vehicles struck a man on the sidewalk and a pole next to him.
 
As a result, the man succumbed to injuries at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, another car hit a woman also standing on the sidewalk.
 
Also, officers confirmed that the driver fled the crash scene. Moreover, the authorities continued to search for her.
 
Meanwhile, responders took two other drivers and the woman to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
