Injuries Reported in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Walzem Road and Eisenhauer Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX (August 4, 2024) – Friday night, a man suffered injuries in a startling pedestrian crash on Walzem Road and Eisenhauer Road.

The incident occurred at about 8:11 p.m. on Walzem Road and Eisenhauer Road.

Reports said that as a man walked in the crosswalk on Eisenhaur Road, a gray 2015 Dodge Journey struck him.

As a result, the man was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and remained in critical condition. Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and rendered aid.

Officers confirmed that the Dodge driver showed no signs of intoxication nor using their phone during the collision. These charges weren’t filed.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
