South 65th Street High-Speed Crash Seriously Injures 2 People
Tacoma, WA (October 18, 2022) On Monday morning, a traffic collision on South Oakes Street involving stolen vehicle resulted in injuries.
Tacoma Police Department say that the 2-vehicle crash happened at around 4 a.m. at South 65th Street.
Reports say that a stolen vehicle collided with a another car, seriously injuring 2 occupants of the stolen vehicle. Meanwhile, a man on the other car suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Paramedics transported the patients to the hospital.
Furthermore, officials say that the stolen vehicle was traveling southbound at high-speed on South 64th Street before the incident.
Moreover, police say that the stolen vehicle had 4 to 5 occupants, and all but two who were injured fled.
TPD say that both the injured suspects were male, and one is a 14-year-old.
Authorities are investigating the incident and have not released additional information at this time.
