FRESNO, CA (March 6, 2019) – A man sustained critical injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run car Wednesday at 11:00 p.m.
 
Authorities said an SUV hit the man and the driver left the scene. As a result, the victim was found at the intersection of Clinton Avenue and Marks Avenue.
 
Soon after, he was taken by paramedics to a nearby hospital with critical injuries. The man was described to be in his 50’s.
 
The suspect’s vehicle was only described as a lighter colored SUV, likely with front-end damage, according to the police.
