Car Struck and Injured 38-Year-Old Pedestrian in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (September 03, 2019 — A 38-year old man suffered major injuries in a pedestrian accident on Sports Arena Boulevard on Saturday.
The San Diego police said the incident occurred near East Drive at around midnight. A 1988 Buick La Sabre driven by a 31-year-old man was westbound in the number 3 lane when it struck the pedestrian. The man was walking in the 300 block of Sports Arena Boulevard at that time as per the officers.
The pedestrian suffered major head trauma that is life-threatening. Emergency responders took him to a hospital.
