Injury Reported in Laredo Traffic Collision
Laredo, TX (December 29, 2023) – An elderly man was injured following a 1301 Guadalupe Street pedestrian accident Wednesday morning.
It was about 11:26 a.m. when the man was hit by a white Toyota Tundra while crossing the street at a crosswalk.
Immediately, the victim was rushed to Laredo Medical Center in serious condition but was later airlifted to San Antonio.
Moreover, the truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with LPD officers’ investigation. According to the driver, he did not see the pedestrian due to the glare of the sun.
This traffic accident is still under investigation.
