Rider Hurt after San Diego Electric Scooter Crash

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (March 15, 2019) — A 53-year-old man is fighting for his life following an electric scooter accident on Wednesday, March 13.
 
The collision occurred at about 10 p.m. on 10th Avenue near B Street downtown. As the 53-year-old man rides his scooter onto B Street, he crashed into a tree for unknown reasons, according to San Diego Police. Paramedics rushed him to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
