Deceased Body Discovered on 280 Freeway in San Jose
SAN JOSE, CA (October 15, 2019) – A man was found dead Tuesday evening in some bushes near a downtown San Jose freeway on-ramp.
The CHP discovered the body around 6:40 p.m. south of 280 Freeway at South First Street on-ramp.
Officials only described the deceased as a middle-aged Latino man. They say they do not know if the man is a victim of a personal crime or a homeless person who died of natural causes.
The CHP’s Investigative Services Unit will conduct the investigation into the death.
