1 Male Victim Pronounced Dead after Car Collision near Highway 41 in Fresno
FRESNO, CA (April 1, 2020) – Late Monday afternoon, a man was killed in a two-vehicle accident on South Avenue, near Highway 41.
The California Highway Patrol first received reports just after 3:30 p.m., on South Avenue near Highway 41.
According to reports, a male driver of a Honda was traveling on South Avenue. As he crossed the intersection, he collided with a Ford truck.
The impact of the crash left the Honda driver with major injuries. Medics then transported him to Community Regional Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead due to the extent of his condition.
Meanwhile, the identity of the Honda driver and truck driver’s condition remain undisclosed as of this time.
Authorities later confirmed that both of the drivers wore seat belts during the collision. At this time, there have been no further details provided.
